Miss Pam, Co-Owner, Instructor.  Miss Pam has been involved in dance for many years and has been a dance instructor since 2007.  She has a great love for tap, and a strong heart for children.   She was the choreographer for the Miss Douglas County Pageant Princess Program since 2013, and formerly the official little sister choreographer and committee member of Distinguished Young Women of Greater Douglas County.  Miss Pam is a mother to two children - a 26 year old son with cerebral palsy and an 19 year old daughter.  Her dream one day is to have a dance program for those with special needs.  Miss Pam is known by her students for her love of Hello Kitty and anything pink and sparkly.
Miss Rachel, Instructor.  Miss Rachel has trained in ballet, jazz & lyrical for over 20 years. Rachel loves to teach dance, and believes with all her heart that dance is God’s calling on her life. Rachel has been taught by numerous master teachers in the Pacific Northwest, Florida & Mississippi and continues to attend master classes yearly. No stranger to the stage, Rachel spent many years as a child dancing in local productions of The Nutcracker with the Eugene Ballet, and local talent shows as well as providing choreography for the Miss Douglas County Scholarship Program. Rachel is currently the co-chairperson for the Distinguished Young Women of Greater Douglas County and is happily married to her husband Allen. In her spare time Rachel enjoys drawing and spending time with her family.
Miss Alex, Instructor.  Taking her first dance class at the age of four, Miss Alex learned that dance would soon become her passion. Having trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop & lyrical Alex has had the opportunity to dance in many community events such as local performances of the Nutcracker & Alice in Wonderland with the Eugene Ballet Co. Besides being trained at Leap of Faith, Alex has been taught by many master teachers in the Pacific Northwest.  Alex is a former member of Leap of Faith's Diamond Competition Group, and is excited to share the passion and talent of dance that God has given her to the upcoming generation of dancers. When not dancing, Alex is an avid baseball fan and loves to cheer on the Oregon Ducks.
Miss Kori, Instructor.  Miss Kori, has always loved dance and children.  She teaches Sunday school at her church, Church on the Rise, and works at Geneva Academy.  She is a mom to two dancers, Michael and Collette, who are also in our competition teams.  When not transporting her children to dance or school activities, she can be found with her nose in a book and drinking tea.
